Perhaps it’s not good starting your weekend entries with financial topics, but I feel the urge to vent about this, and there’s no better place to than my blog.

The whole issue regards personal loans and whether or not my darling Chrissa should ask for one. I learned this early morning from her, that her father got downgraded on his job because the new boss doesn’t feel much sympathy to him… and he cut his wage considerably. :( So the poor man now is in need of a personal loan to maintain Chrissa’s studies at the Academy; or else Chrissa has to go asking for a student loan.

Oh, I so wish I would be able to help them, or at least help Chrissa with mantain her own Academy fees. Or the textbooks. :( Trust me, it’s painful to see your loved one in trouble, and I hope grandpa can help them through this. I talked to him after lunch, and he said he’ll do his best to provide some financial help, or ask for a personal loan himself.

I will do what I can, talk to our teacher and see if the rector of our Academy can lower the fees for Chrissa and everyone who’s in financial trouble. Let’s hope everything goes well… :(
