Thursday 28th
Time to board the space train directed to the Cybertron Council; we had to wake up very early, about 5:45AM, because from 6AM and up the trains would have been so crowded that we would be late at the meeting; so yeah, I was well amazed to find out that we had been reserved first class seats. WOW! I guess that’s because my dad and grandpa are considered important people on Cybertron, so they get everything first place. ^^ Honestly, I didn’t even care of how sleepy I was, because the feeling of excitement was too strong. Hehe. The trip was comfortable and quick. We even got a very good breakfast with sweet treats and coffee! I looked out of the window nearly the whole time, because I didn’t want to miss a single piece of that wonderful planet. We arrived at the Council meeting at 7AM. I was granted access upon grandpa’s request, so yeah, I could sit at the Council meeting table together with my grandpa! *_* Amazing! So yeah, the meeting started and it went on for 2-3 hours. I helped grandpa with taking notes of every discussion and opinion, and I watched the many Council members interviewing my father about Cybertron history, leadership, degree of experience with offworld exploration and starship management, as well as a lot of questions about the Beast Wars main events. I heard about stuff I didn’t even know, and I couldn’t help but looking at my father with a mixture of awe and admiration: he was such a great galaxy explorer and starship commander! *_* Could I be more lucky?! Seriously, I’m the luckiest Buzz Lightyear ever existed; not even the TV character was luckier than I am . So well, after the Council ended, grandpa took some time to talk to the other members in private, and I waited outside with my dad. Gosh, he looked so worried! I hugged my dad and told him I was sure they had accepted him, because he’s been simply G-R-E-A-T his whole life! Then later grandpa was back and took me and dad downstairs to get a coffee and a sandwich, and reassured my dad about the interview: the Council had gotten a good impression over my dad, so he only had to keep patient and wait for the day after to know the verdict. After that, we took the train back to Iacon City and we arrived for lunch time (1PM). I ate something quick, but I mostly needed to sleep, so took a nap while dad and grandpa did their things. At 5PM grandpa invited us out for a city tour, so I spent the evening out looking at monuments, people and shops with dad. Seriously, Cybertron is such a cool planet! I took a few photos with grandpa and dad, but since it was grandpa’s camera I have to wait for him to send the photos over ^^ Such an unforgettable Thursday it was!
